Movement Details
DRP Protocol
The nine fields of the DRP Protocol, the documentation layer of the Dance Replication Process. They record where this movement comes from, who authorized it, and how it was captured. The Interpretive Seed records the questions and assumptions you brought to the recording.
Consent & Authorization
Your submission involves two separate consents:
Publication Consent (required): Your movement will be published in the Movement Journal with your name and a DOI. You are the author. Others can cite your work.
Corpus Consent (optional): If you choose, your movement will also be processed through the computational pipeline and the resulting de-identified data will enter the research corpus. The corpus stores kinematic patterns, not personal information. Your name, video, and identifying information are not stored in the corpus. The movement is identified only by a unique movement ID. You can publish in the Journal without contributing to the corpus.
